This was my first urban cache and I sure felt suspicious –  many overlooking office windows; people walking by.

The approach. My GPS insisted the cache was located on the opposite side of the path.

After reading the cheat, I realized my error.  The cleverness of this location is how easily the cache can be retrieved and later replaced.

 
The cache   This is one packed cache.  My hands were so frozen, I could barely remove the logbook.  Found the ballpoints were frozen as well; thanks to DarkScum for leaving a Sharpie.

After returning the logbook, I jammed a green candle on top.
