They may have been celebrating WinterFest 2002 in Exeter, but the 55F degree temperature made it feel like SpringFest.  Footprints in the light snow lead me to within 10 feet of the cache.

The approach

The cache takes its name from this Revolutionary War powderhouse used to store gun powder just outside of town.
